First of all I am a very curious person<\/strong> about life.<\/p>\n

I was born a second-generation entrepreneur<\/strong>, then founded companies of my own; but over the course of my life I have explored many avenues: music, competitive sports, consulting work, writing, theatre, shamanism and frontier sciences, the world of medicine and healing.<\/p>\n

This led me for 40 years<\/strong> to work in many completely different contexts, on three continents<\/strong>, with a few stops on the Indian subcontinent.<\/p>\n

Today I may say that my passion<\/strong> is to inspire courageous people<\/strong> to discover and express their potential<\/strong> by developing forward-looking visions.<\/p>\n

I love helping people<\/strong> to live a quality life, developing healthy relationships in harmony with the ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Similarly, I love helping organisations and businesses<\/strong> to thrive by adopting models of sustainability and circularity, as well as conflict transformation practices, thus releasing their potential to be a positive force in society and the world.<\/p>\n

SOME RECENT EXPERIENCES:<\/h4>\n

  • Cofounder and vice president IES<\/strong> – European Institute for Bio-Psycho-Existential Studies.<\/li>\n
  • Co-Founder and CEO of Exsulting<\/strong>, and creator of the Embedded Sustainability Index\u00ae<\/strong>. ESIndex\u00ae integrates sustainability into all company processes, accompanying them in improving their performance.<\/li>\n
  • Creator of the CASE\u00ae Method for leadership, conflict transformation and transitions. To teach this in 2014 – 2015 I was among only two Europeans selected by the YALI<\/strong> programme of the President of the United States of America to train a new leadership class for Africa.<\/li>\n
  • Founded and chaired the Integrated Sustainability Working Group<\/strong> of AIAS<\/strong>, the largest Italian organisation of Environment and Safety professionals.<\/li>\n
  • Member of ERPB<\/strong> (Education & Research Practitioner Board) of VCare Academy<\/strong>, an international organisation for sustainability and excellence in Supply Chain Management.<\/li>\n
  • European partner of Center for Corporate Performance and Sustainability<\/strong> in Boston. It is an academic centre offering training in integrated sustainability management for executives and managers.<\/li>\n
  • Partner in the Smart Industry Forum<\/strong> in Copenhagen, an international hub for the development of new business models and leadership for Industry 4.0.<\/li>\n
  • Registered provider of services on leadership and conflict transformation to the European Parliament<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Special advisor to CMO of AOU Meyer<\/strong> in Florence for projects for the humanisation of Paediatric Medicine.<\/li>\n
  • Lead author for FNOMCeO and Italian Ministry of Health<\/strong> for the realisation of the first course and manual on Communication in Healthcare.<\/li>\n

    LL.M. Hons (1st Class), MS in Communication, I specialized in Sustainability Systems Management at Harvard University.<\/p>\n

    I have been member of some Scientific Societies, currently SEAL (Society for Evolutionary Analysis in Law) and EACH, (the International Association for Communication in Healthcare), the most important international Scientific Society in the field, where I represented my Country in the Steering Committee for 4 years.<\/p>\n

    I have been trained in the EFQM Performance Framework and to the Lean Six Sigma approach.<\/p>\n

    After a three year training I have acquired the EACH Certificate of \u201cDeep Studies of Communication in Healthcare\u201d as Trainer.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

    Publications<\/h4>
    I have published books on various issues; among them strategic sustainability, ethics in business, conflict transformation, communication in Medicine and the crisis of modern society. Some of my books are available in both Italian and English. My latest book is a fantasy novel: “The return of the immortal”.<\/p>\n

    I have been a regular collaborator of specialised magazines, among which AIASMAG, WEMAG and Leadership & Management, with articles on Leadership, Sustainability and the Circular Economy. I am also Peer Reviewer for Elsevier Publishing Group.<\/p>\n

    I have published various essays and articles on peace studies and on Mahatma Gandhi, of whom I am a passionate scholar, receiving in 2007 the prestigious prize \u201cTiziano Terzani, Florence for the Cultures of Peace\u201d.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

    Associations & Volunteering<\/h4>
    I have a thorough experience in social engagement in the business field \u2013 having served for fifteen years at various executive level in Confindustria, the Italian Employers Association \u2013 as well as in civil society \u2013 having co-founded and chaired for over ten years the NGO NEOTOPIA, internationally active for freeing society of Structural Violence.
    \nI am currently vice president of IES, a Bio-Psycho-Existential sciences research & educational organisation.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

    Theatre for peace<\/h4>
    Since 2022, I have been bringing to the theatre, and beyond, a talent that until then had only been used for the benefit of family and friends: the improvisation of short stories and stories with high content.
