WHO AM I:<\/strong><\/p>\n First and foremost, I am someone who is deeply curious about life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I was born into a family of entrepreneurs<\/strong> \u2013 a second-generation entrepreneur \u2013 and went on to set up my own businesses; but throughout my life I have explored many different paths: music, competitive sport, consultancy, writing, theatre, shamanism and frontier sciences, as well as the world of medicine and healing.<\/p>\n This exploration has led me, over more than 40 years, to work in many completely different contexts,<\/strong> across three continents, with a few forays into the Indian subcontinent as well.<\/p>\n Today, I can say that my professional passion is to inspire<\/strong> and support<\/strong> courageous people in discovering and expressing their potential, thereby fostering lasting wellbeing<\/strong>, health<\/strong> and prosperity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I love helping people to live a fulfilling life, building healthy relationships in harmony with their ecosystems.<\/p>\n Similarly, I love helping organisations and businesses to thrive by adopting models of sustainable leadership, as well as conflict transformation practices, thereby unlocking their potential to be a positive force in society and the world.<\/p>\n SOME RECENT EXPERIENCES:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”More Information” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:center” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_separator color=”custom” border_width=”6″ el_width=”10″ accent_color=”#fde428″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″] I have been member of some Scientific Societies, currently SEAL (Society for Evolutionary Analysis in Law) and EACH, (the International Association for Communication in Healthcare), the most important international Scientific Society in the field, where I represented my Country in the Steering Committee for 4 years.<\/p>\n I have been trained in the EFQM Performance Framework and to the Lean Six Sigma approach.<\/p>\n After a three year training I have acquired the EACH Certificate of \u201cDeep Studies of Communication in Healthcare\u201d as Trainer.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″] I have been a regular collaborator of specialised magazines, among which AIASMAG, WEMAG and Leadership & Management, with articles on Leadership, Sustainability and the Circular Economy. I have a thorough experience in social engagement in the business field \u2013 having served for fifteen years at various executive level in Confindustria, the Italian Employers Association \u2013 as well as in civil society \u2013 having co-founded and chaired for over ten years the NGO NEOTOPIA, internationally active for freeing society of Structural Violence.

Since 2022, I have been bringing to the theatre, and beyond, a talent that until then had only been used for the benefit of family and friends: the improvisation of short stories and stories with high content.
